A beautiful piece of Red Maple measuring 48” long by 15” wide and solid 2” thick. The table stands 35” tall making this the perfect back table for a couch or an incredible entrance table to your home. The stunning void down the center of the piece is filled with a base resin of Gulf Green and then topped with clear resin and containing several nice local Venice shark teeth including a wonderful 2.5 inch Meg tooth. This piece is buttery smooth to the touch even though the wood is not over coated with the resin. This type of piece takes more work to have the resin and wood feel the same, but the look and touch is well worth it allowing you to feel the actual wood. The industrial X shape black metal legs make for the perfect pairing of natural and metal products. The legs are bolted into the table with threaded inserts. 08/31/25 Mel and James from have a new project available for sale. A beautiful Maple live edge slab table with a splash of blue resin filling a small void down the center. There are two small Venice Beach sourced shark teeth in the resin.

This table measures 51” X 35” X 2”. Perfect for a kitchen nook or smaller home. This table has industrial black metal X legs which are recessed into the wood and secured with bolts into metal threads that were inserted into the table. The table is finished with Odies Oil and Wood Butter for a beautiful and long-lasting finish. If you are interested in this table, you can come look at it in the Venice area.
